Comfortable and convenient counseling – right from your home!
Online counseling and therapy can help you get the help you need – all at your convenience!
Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, or trouble in your relationship?
Has it been hard to find a therapist and keep a consistent schedule of going to see them?
Or, are you in an underserved or remote area where quality therapy is tough to access?
We’re now proud to offer online therapy, done via video chat, for all the services we typically offer in-person: Anxiety, Depression, Couples Counseling, Women’s Counseling, and Teen Counseling.
It can be difficult to regularly attend in-person therapy appointments, leading to you not receiving the help you need.
Sometimes life gets in the way. Sometimes traffic is horrendous.
Sometimes your schedule is already so busy juggling work and family commitments that finding time to take off and go out seems impossible.
And sometimes, when you’re depressed, you just really don’t have the energy or feel like getting up to go out and arrive at your appointment.
Thanks to today’s technology, we can avoid all of these issues. Getting to your appointment is as easy as clicking a button!
Sit in a couch that is comfortable and familiar to you – your own!
Some clients find they feel more comfortable in their own surroundings. It’s so important to feel safe and secure for real healing to occur, and being in your own home can make you feel much more at ease.
Of course, sometimes it is still very useful to meet in person (or you may even prefer it!), but scheduling conflicts often arise and momentum is lost from having to skip sessions.
And of course, when you do make the in-person sessions, you still lose time and travel expenses heading there and back.
Online therapy provides another great solution here: we’re happy to do a mix of in-person and online counseling sessions with clients, giving you the best of both worlds.
For more than 10 years now, I have helped clients triumph over their issues. And I believe that you should feel some change or improvement with every session.
That’s why I’m not interested in talking in circles when I sit down with you. I want to help you get to the bottom of your problems and solve them as quickly as possible.
So we’ll work together to find out what needs to be dealt with, and then create a specific blueprint made just for you.
Web therapy can be just as effective as meeting in person.
A number of studies in the past few years have shown us just how beneficial e-therapy can be.
A University of Zurich (Journal of Affective Disorders, 2013) study divided a group of patients in half and found that depression was eased in 53% of those given online therapy, compared to 50% who had in-person counseling.
Another study out of Canada (American Psychiatric Association, 2007) showed that patients who were again divided into face-to-face or video counseling experienced the same clinical outcome and level of patient satisfaction.
Of course, the most important factor is still knowing if your therapist or counselor is a good fit or not.

Online therapy is not just for individuals – it’s for couples too!
It can be hard enough to fit in-person therapy appointments into your own busy schedule – sometimes it can be impossible to line up your schedule with your spouse’s too!
If your relationship is in peril, you can’t get help too soon, but you can wait too long and let the relationship erode beyond repair. Then it’s too late.
What would it mean for you if your relationship got back to that special place of deep connection and intimacy?
What would it mean for you if it didn’t?
We can work together on healing your relationship and getting it back to a great place. We are happy to provide online couples counseling at the convenience of both parties.
In fact, you don’t even need to be in the same physical location as your partner! You can separately login to the session from different places.
Don’t allow the excuse of it being too hard to meet together at an office keep you from repairing your relationship.
Online therapy is safe and secure.
Aside from concerns about feeling safe in your own home, you may also be wondering if it is safe to video chat over the internet about intimate and personal matters.
You need not worry; we are required to use HIPPA-compliant technology, which provides added layers on existing security technology to ensure that confidential medical information is kept safe. All our communication will be encrypted.
